With Congress recently extending the National Flood Insurance Program through December 18, this first "Smart Bites" email newsletter is a special edition focused on that issue. Later editions will focus on other aspects of environmentally responsible, fiscally sound approaches to natural catastrophe policy and promoting public safety.
